During Guidepost China's Camp –  Mandarin Immersion, your child will have an opportunity to experience an immersive culture and language learning set in an authentic Montessori environment at one of Guidepost's beautiful campuses in Beijing, Guangzhou or Hangzhou. Guidepost Bali Adventure runs from Tuesday to Friday, with an optional memorable day on Saturday, for a total of 4 weeks

• Week 2: Wednesday 27 Dec to Friday 29 Dec (Optional Saturday, 30 Dec)
  • Week 2 will run from Wednesday to Friday, as there will be no camp on Monday, 26 Dec, 2023. The fee will be prorated. 
• Week 3: Tuesday 2 Jan to Friday 5 Jan (Optional Saturday, 6 Jan)
• Week 4: Tuesday 9 Jan to Friday 12 Jan (Optional Saturday, 13 Jan)

For Parent/Guardian #1, please list the same parent who has acted as the primary contact throughout the enrollment process. For Parent/Guardian #2, you only need to complete those fields that are different from Parent/Guardian #1.

Should your child require medication for allergies, illnesses or health conditions or if you child should require medication for a temporary illness, please contact the Head of School to get a Medication Administration Authorization form, which you must complete and return to our staff, along with the medication. Please complete the form and submit to us via email prior to your child's first day at Guidepost.

Terms and Conditions for Guidepost Hong Kong Programs

Admissions: Enrollment spots are limited. Enrollment selections will be made based on the sequence of applications received, as well as priority for existing enrolled families.  After submitting this form and included payment, you'll receive an email confirming your child's enrollment in this program.  

Class Schedule and Age Groups: Guidepost reserves the right to change and/or amend the class schedule and age groups as deemed necessary.

Inclement Weather Policy: Guidepost classes will follow severe weather procedures as set by the Education Bureau (EDB). If typhoon signal number 3 or 8 or a red or black rainstorm warning signal remains in place at 6:00am, all morning classes will be cancelled. If any of the above warnings are still in place at 10:30am, all afternoon classes will be cancelled. No refund or make-up class will be offered for cancellations due to severe weather conditions.

No Tuition Refunds: Guidepost has a strict no refund policy. Tuition and/or classes cannot be postponed in time or transferred towards another student.

No Make-up Classes: Given the limited time during the holiday periods, we are not able to offer make-up classes in any circumstance.  

Accompanied Classes: Only one parent is permitted inside the classroom. Absolutely no swapping can take place throughout the class. 

Travel Insurance: If my family resides overseas, I understand I may be asked to display proof of valid travel insurance prior to having my child attend their first lesson at a Guidepost Hong Kong campus.  

Non-Discrimination Policy: Guidepost does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, national origin, disability, religion, or any other protected status. We make our best effort to accommodate the needs of every child who wishes to attend Guidepost. In the event that your child does have a disability or suspected disability, we will do a fully individualized assessment of your child in order to determine whether Guidepost possesses the necessary expertise and resources to provide for the best interests of your child, or, alternatively, whether the child may pose a health or safety threat to him/herself or others in our environment, or require a fundamental alteration of our program.

Photos and videos taken during Guidepost programs or at Guidepost Montessori community events may include you or your child, may be used for a variety of purposes which may include training, community building, and marketing. Enrolling your child with Guidepost waives any right to approve the finished photograph or accompanying copy.

Admissions: Enrollment spots are limited. Enrollment selections will be made based on the sequence of applications received, but priority will be given to existing enrolled families as well as guests of AYANA Estate.  After submitting this form and included payment, you'll receive an email confirming your child's enrollment in this program.  

Class Schedule and Age Groups: Guidepost reserves the right to change and/or amend the class schedule and age groups as deemed necessary.

Inclement Weather Policy: The Guidepost Bali Adventure program will operate rain or shine. However, during severe weather conditions, where outings may not be possible, activities will be conducted indoors. 

No Tuition Refunds: Guidepost at AYANA Bali has a strict no refund policy. Tuition and/or classes cannot be postponed in time or transferred towards another student. In the event of unforeseen events, Guidepost at AYANA Bali will undertake best endeavours to accommodate any changes requested but does not make any guarantee that any such changes can be made or accommodated. All determinations will be final and will be at the ultimate discretion of Guidepost at AYANA Bali.   

Responsibility Clause: I agree that even when registered and participating in the activities prepared by Guidepost at AYANA Bali, my child/children remain my responsibility while he or she attends their lessons. I am expected to be within the hotel premises and in a position to be immediately contacted by Guidepost at AYANA Bali.

Illness Policy: I understand if my child begins to feel unwell at any point during the program, I will be contacted and expected to pick up my child within 30-minutes. If my child is not well enough to attend a lesson, I understand no refunds will be provided. Instead, a credit will be issued for the day(s) missed at a prorated rate less 50%. 

No Make-up Classes: In the event of absenteeism, we are not able to offer make-up classes in any circumstance.  

Pickup Time: I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my child from Guidepost at AYANA Bali at the end of their designated program. If I fail to collect my child at the time indicated herein, Guidepost at AYANA Bali Personnel are authorized to take whatever action they deem necessary or appropriate, without being under any obligation to do so.

Misconduct: In the event of misconduct or misbehavior of my child/children, I authorize Guidepost at AYANA Bali Personnel to take all necessary steps to prevent such misconduct/misbehavior, including without limitation to removing my child from participating in the activities and barring him or her from the program for the duration of his or her stay in AYANA.

Emergency Policy: In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Guidepost at AYANA Bali and AYANA Estate, its owners, officers, directors, representatives and agents, and any of the employees of the foregoing (collectively, “Guidepost at AYANA Bali Personnel’ and ‘AYANA Estate Personnel’) to administer first aid or obtain emergency medical treatment for my child, without obligating any of Guidepost at AYANA Bali Personnel and AYANA Estate Personnel to do so. I agree to apply all the expenses incurred due to any emergency involving my child.

Travel Insurance: Families may be asked to display proof of valid travel insurance prior to their child’s first lesson at Guidepost at AYANA Bali.

Liability: In consideration for Guidepost at AYANA Bali accepting my child for and on behalf of my child. I hereby release discharge, hold and save harmless Guidepost at AYANA Bali Personnel and AYANA Estate from and against any and all liability, claims and damages resulting in any way from my child participating in or otherwise related to the activities at Guidepost at AYANA Bali and AYANA Estate. I undertake and agree to reimburse and indemnify Guidepost at AYANA Bali and AYANA Estate personnel for all expenses incurred securing their right under this agreement.

Consent: I consent to Guidepost at AYANA Bali collecting, using and disclosing the personal information I provided in this application form to AYANA and its Personnel. 

AYANA: For the purposes of these terms and conditions and all other documentation relating to AYANA, AYANA refers to AYANA Estate, and all subsidiaries, related entities and/or affiliates of AYANA Estate. 

Guidepost at AYANA Bali: For the purposes of these terms and conditions and all other documentation relating to Guidepost at AYANA Bali, Guidepost at AYANA Bali refers to Guidepost Montessori, and all subsidiaries, related entities and/or affiliates of Guidepost Montessori.

Photos and videos taken during Guidepost programs or at Guidepost Montessori community events may include you or your child, may be used for a variety of purposes which may include training, community building, and marketing. This is to acknowledge that I have read and understood, and agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and policies of this application. I agree that these terms, conditions, and policies are a condition of my child’s enrollment at Guidepost at AYANA Bali. 

I certify that all the information written herein is complete and accurate. I certify that I have read and understand the foregoing, particularly any waiver of rights and any obligations pursuant herein. I certify that all relevant information about my child is written herein and is accurate.

I acknowledge and agree that the foregoing is a legally binding agreement which shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and that all disputes and claims arising under this agreement or arising in any matter whatsoever related to the activities at Guidepost at AYANA Bali shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of The Republic of Indonesia.

Your child's registration in any summer program is confirmed upon payment in full, charged via credit card within this form.  Upon submission of this form your credit card will be charged the below listed amount, and you'll receive an email confirmation with details on next steps.  Please note the fees outlined below are in Hong Kong dollars.
